Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes. All fragrances sold in our store are 100% authentic, brand new, and factory sealed.
We source our inventory from reputable U.S.-based suppliers and distributors. We do not sell testers, decants, or used products.
Are you an authorized retailer?
No. We are not an authorized retailer for the brands we sell. Wear It Well CA is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands we sell. All trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners.
Do your fragrances have batch codes?
Yes. All fragrances include original manufacturer batch codes and identifying markings, which may be visible on the box or bottle depending on the brand and production run. For inventory security reasons, batch codes are not published on product pages. Customers may request verification assistance after purchase.
Batch codes can then be verified by various websites such as www.checkfresh.com. Please note that some fragrances with newer batch codes, such as Creed Aventus, may not be recognized yet due to database updates and could return a false error.
Why are your prices different from retail?
Retail prices reflect brand-controlled pricing. Our products are sourced through legitimate secondary markets and we carry limited quantities, allowing us to offer authentic fragrances at reduced prices.
Are your products used or testers?
No. We sell only brand new, unused, factory-sealed products unless explicitly stated otherwise (which we currently do not offer).
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only if the item is unopened, unused, and in original sealed condition. Opened fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene and authenticity reasons. Please see our return policy for further details.
Where are your fragrances shipped from?
All of our fragrances are stored in a climate controlled environment away from heat and direct sunlight to preserve product integrity and shipped from California.
How are fragrances shipped?
Due to alcohol content, all fragrances ship via ground transportation only within the continental United States and are carefully packaged to protect the product. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.
Why are your prices lower than retail?
We operate with a streamlined sourcing and fulfillment model that allows us to offer authentic, factory-sealed fragrances at prices below traditional retail. We do not sell testers, used items, or grey-market products. We are a small, family run business and carry limited quantities which helps minimize costs. Every fragrance is carefully inspected, stored properly, and shipped from the United States to ensure quality and authenticity.
