We take product authenticity seriously and stand behind every fragrance we sell.
All items offered at Wear It Well CA are genuine, brand-name products sourced through legitimate U.S. distribution channels..

100% Authentic Products

Unless otherwise stated, all products are sold in the following condition:

  • Brand new
  • Unopened
  • In original retail packaging
  • Factory sealed with manufacturer cellophane wrap

We do not open products prior to shipment.  We do not sell counterfeit, imitation, testers, refills, or used fragrances.

Sourcing

Our inventory is obtained through legitimate distribution channels, including authorized wholesalers, retail overstock, and secondary market suppliers of genuine goods. We do not purchase from unauthorized private individuals or unknown sources.

Batch Codes & Manufacturer Markings

All fragrances include manufacturer batch codes and identifying markings on the bottle and/or box. These codes are used by brands for internal production tracking. Batch codes may vary in format depending on brand and production year.

For inventory security reasons, batch codes are not published on product pages. Customers may request verification assistance after purchase.

Verification & Quality Control

Before shipment, each item is:

  • Inspected for intact factory seals
  • Checked for original batch codes
  • Photographed and documented for condition and authenticity

This documentation is retained for quality assurance and dispute protection.

Storage & Handling

Fragrances are stored in a climate-controlled environment away from heat and direct sunlight to preserve product integrity.

Manufacturer Packaging Variations

Brands occasionally update packaging, bottle design, or labeling. Minor differences in packaging compared to older versions or marketing photos do not indicate inauthenticity.

Authorized Retailer Disclosure

We are not an authorized retailer for the brands we sell.  This allows us to offer authentic fragrances at competitive prices. Manufacturer warranties may not apply.

Traditional retailers include the cost of physical storefronts, sales staff, and brand-controlled pricing. As a family owned online retailer with lower overhead, we are able to offer competitive pricing while still providing genuine products.

Our Guarantee to You

We guarantee the authenticity of every product we sell. If you believe you have received an inauthentic item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and before opening or using the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.  Customer trust and transparency are at the core of our business.

Important Notice on Returns

Because fragrance is a consumable personal product, returns based on scent preference, performance, or personal taste are not considered authenticity issues.

Returns related to authenticity claims must involve:

  • Unopened product
  • Original packaging
  • No damage or tampering
